I’m Trevor, a fully licensed plumber, drainer and gasfitter.

I bring more than two decades of hands-on plumbing experience to every job. After completing my apprenticeship here in Brisbane, I built my career in maintenance plumbing; learning not only how to install and replace, but how to service, repair and find solutions for jobs other plumbers wouldn’t touch.Â

Straight Flush Plumbing Solutions is a local, owner-operated business. When you call, you deal directly with me, the person who will assess the problem and do the work. I keep things straightforward and enjoy looking after people in my local community.

The name combines my enjoyment of poker with my appreciation of a good dad joke, but it also reflects how I work: I only deal in solutions.

To me, a performance solution is more than a quick fix. It means finding the real cause, working out what will perform properly in your home and finding a way forward, even when the answer isn’t obvious. I wouldn’t do anything in your home that I wouldn’t do in my own.

Trevor was recommended to me by a property manager, and after some pretty rocky experiences with plumbers in the past, he is the first plumber I’ve found who I genuinely trust.

Trev tells you everything that needs to be done in a way you can understand, letting you know insurance or legal ramifications where necessary. He always turns up on time, and keeps you updated if plans change. When he gives you a quote, it is pretty darn close to the finished total, not blown up with "extra" things. And the finished result is clean and very neatly done. He’s a very hard worker, and obviously knows his stuff. We use him for all our plumbing and guttering needs, and every friend or relative we’ve referred him to has always been very happy with his work.
